OK, first off, if you havent done it already, download RealProducer, VirtualDub, and the HuffYUV codec. For these tutorials I figure itll be easier to use a bulleted list.
Open VirtualDub.
Open the MOV you exported from Adobe Premiere or QTPro.
Select "Video" on the tool bar, then select "Compression"
Now, select the HuffYUV codec. Click OK
Select "Audio" on the tool bar. Choose "WAV Audio" and "Full processing mode".
Select "File" on the tool bar. Choose "Save AVI". Give the file any name you like. (Note: Be sure to add the ".avi" extension on the end, as the program doesnt do this for you.)
